Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate

About the Role:

We are actively hiring  Commercial Real Estate Finance Associates as independent 1099 contractors to join our growing Capital Markets team. This is a fully remote position for licensed real estate professionals in California.

This is a great opportunity to build your own book of business with strong upside in a fast-scaling environment.

Compensation:

100% commission with a competitive split and truly uncapped earning potential. The more you originate and close, the more you keep. Specific details will be discussed during your initial call.

What You’ll Do:

• Originate your own leads and build relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and investors
• Underwrite and execute your own CRE loans and equity placements from start to finish
• Prepare financial packages and conduct market research
• Manage the full transaction process through closing and funding
• Maintain clear communication with clients and lenders

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Real Estate or related)
• 2–3 years experience in commercial or residential mortgage lending, real estate finance, or related field
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple deals
• Hunter mentality with a customer-service focus
